The Scene: This summer the super chill Flow Finland debuts a new edition of their eclectic festival in Slovenia in the capital city of Ljubljana. Like the flagship festival out of Helsinki, Flow Slovenia features an inspired lineup, urban culture, and visual arts tied together with a unique venue.
100 NOS Notes: Ljubljana looks like a city plucked out of a fairy tale with an old school charm unspoiled by tourism and the perfect match for the boutique vibe of Flow. We’re pretty excited to meet up with Flow this summer and have a few drinks.
